Are You....

hey all---sry I hvn't updated this in a while, i said a lot of what I needed to say in the last entry, sooo I decided that for once I would be somewhere around normal talk about my life like most other ppl do.

SO, since the 28th...
well, Wizard of Oz went well! Some problems with a certain person, ::coughblondeimaturebitchcough:: which made me realize WHY I never did school shows... B/c well, think about it! Going from doing somewhere over 25 community theatre shows with professionals and ppl who actually care about the show and NOT about backsage DRAMA...well needless to say it was a pretty big stepdown to doing a MHS show. Although, I WILL hv. to admit..I had FUN! And actually, wish I had time to do it next year too, BUT I will NEVER put myself in that sit. w/ missing friggin' 13 dance classes(due to rehearsals) and getting my teacher pissed @ me..I shouldn't have done it...dance comes first...so def. NOT doin the show...

Aw geez, the house is in RUINS! NO place to hang out, do my hmk. etc.. I mean I'm sure the kitchen will look great, but the WORST possible timing!!!!! I WAS gonna send in tapes to w whole bunch of dance camps, but SINCE I hv no more basement room (b/c it's all furnature now) there's no room to practice nor tape. and it SUX!

Oh boy, the nighht after opening night well all went to Fresno's right...ok, so Amber n' Meg brought their friend Steve w/ them. An hour flat, already liked me. N' get this, he goes to the waiter and (as if I couldn't hear them) goes "so wut do you think of her?' and points right @ me, and Garth (the hot waiter that Amber knew from a YEAR ago haha!) goes "yeah she's sexy go for it."
...there's an ego boost for yas...
Anyways, so Steve asks me for the digits and realizing that I can just not answer the phone, I gave then to him.
YEeeeah, stalker! called me 6 friggin' times in the next 2 days.
So basically, I calle him n' was like "you like me right?"
-"well yeah"
-"ok, well, no."
-"huh?"
-"yeah, you seem really nice n' all, aaand maybe we should hang out sometime but no." "yeah calling me 6 times in 2 days, kinda stalkerish."
and well that was very shortened, buuut i def feel like a BITCH! :-/

Oh yeah, auditioned for Aladdin, think it went well, let ya know more when I get the call.

Hopefully applying for a job today, Bon Ton. If I don't get a job there, then hopefully Delta Sonic. I'm SO broke...def. NEED the job...

Went to see The Sweet Hereafter this past Friday @ the Plug w/ Lea...WOW never been to Auburn on my own, DEF. an adventure! Haha, I kept making these sudden stops b/c I'd be looking for a building #, then would suddenly look fwd, n' be like "AHH! RED LIGHT!" and there were TONS of cops around, and I was in all a frizzle, so scared, outa my mind.
Well anyways, they did awesome, 'ceept for the fact that the sound system they used wasn't agreeing w/ their own stuff. But an AWESOME lineup, -5 bands. ALL amazing,m a huge genre of rock bands...

I got to talk to some of the band members, all really cool. Fishs Eddys, my type of music, lots of harmonization, simple rhythms, hot bass player...
Last Tuesday, more grunge rock, interesting b/c TWO main singers, not just a lead. Like the bass and guitarist kept switching on and off, so it worked.Oh yeah n' they're from Pennslyvania. Elsewhere, AMAZING! My favorite, which SUCKED b/c they were the only band w/out a CD selling! They're all the way from North Carolina I think. So cool b/c they have a violinist, and instead of a second voice harmonizing, they had it harmonizing. A LOT of diff. sounds w/ this one. The singer/guitarist, seemed SO enamoured w/ the music and everything..it was a breath of fresh air, it was real, not just mindless jumping around b/c of it being indie rock. After Lea was brave enough to say something I jumped in and told him this. Wow, the only guy that never bothered me in his wearing of eyeliner...The Sweet Hereafter, as usual, AWESOME! Didn't seem as pumped as @ the townshop, but great nevertheless. Can't blame 'em, the only ppl that were there were the bands and a handful of marcellians. I got to talk to the guys which was cool, especially since I got to talk to Dan. I found out about his sister Rachel whom I was in the Media Unit, and am glad to hear that she's far faaar away from it. The Last Conservative, from Buffalo. oh man. WEll they were amazing as well! Also a hot bass player.. (haha, I'm gonna turn into a groupie) ..they actually have a record contract...really REALLY good. More generic rock, but awesome.

OK, then the next day, I went to dance (finally!!!) and then went to The St. Patty's Day parade w/ Lea n' Erin. We went n' saw my dad, n' my dad bein a marshal, he hooked us up w/ good seats on the reviewing stand, hot drinks, and a hot pizza (haha n' Erin w/ a green hat b/c she wasn't wearing any green) and some green beads. We lasted a total of 45 minutes when we realized we were frozen, and about to go into shock. Needing to find a warm building, we cut across the parade and went into the gallerias. GOt some EXPENSIVE GROSS Cappucinos ( we decied the 1$ gas station ones DEF. surpassed those. BUT they were hot n' that was all that mattered. Lea n' Erin hv never been in there b4 so we walked around n' ran into my sister in the restroom. Her being a lil drunk I was given the task of now being the DD (my sister was pissed that her YOUNGER sister had to drive her home haha). But b4 that Lea n' I realized, hey! There's a huge library! Let us be "derks n' nords" and miss out on the parade to get books n' movies out on our ppl for the stupid English term paper! (Lea=Frank Capra, Me=Fred Astaire) Sooo we did just that n' while I was at it I got a new library card...I'm such a "derk."

Then after I dropped Erin n' Lea off, the next event of the day was B-day celebration for "my old lady." We went to BC's (in armory square) w/ the Fox's n' Mrs. Heviside. Then stopped by @ the secondary bunko house to wish mrs. Dube a happy b-day party, and bk to the Fox's to finish celebrating my mothers. My sister n' I got her a 160$ day @ the spa (one reason I'm broke) and she was exstatic...she needs a day @ the spa... Then two previous arranged plans were cancelled due to unforseen circumstances, then rescheduled, then I talked to my awesome cuz Rachel; and i went home and watched national Lampoon (my sister's b-day gift)....
